At Geniskills, we strive to provide quality educational services and an excellent user experience. This Sales and Refund Policy explains the terms regarding purchases, payments, cancellations, and refunds on our platform geniskills.com. By purchasing our courses, programs, or services, you agree to this policy.



1. Sales Policy

All courses, programs, private sessions, and consultation services on Geniskills are offered as digital educational services.
Once purchased, they are accessible via your account dashboard according to the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.



2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user or by default in USD/EUR/GBP.
Prices may vary based on the course, program, or tutor selected.
All payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Geniskills does not store any payment card information.



3. Refund Policy

a. Courses and Programs (On-demand & Live)

  • Courses and programs purchased are generally non-refundable once access is granted or the program starts.
  • However, if you believe the content is defective or does not match the description, you may request a review within 48 hours after purchase.
  • Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible, except under exceptional circumstances at Geniskills' discretion.

b. Private Sessions and Consultations

  • Private sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the session.
  • No refunds will be granted for sessions missed or canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Tutors may set their own specific cancellation or refund rules, which will be clearly displayed during booking.

c. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical problems preventing access to your course or session, please contact our support immediately.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.



4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order reference number.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting evidence (if applicable).

We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.



5. Currency and Transaction Fees

Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original payment.
Any transaction fees, currency exchange fees, or delays are the responsibility of the payment provider and are not covered by Geniskills.



6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting Geniskills first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us for any billing issue before involving your bank or card issuer.



7. Amendments to this policy

Geniskills reserves the right to modify this Sales and Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
